Is Montclair State University a good college to go out of state to?
I live in Virginia and i would like to go out of state to college but i want to stay on the east coast and a little further North. I heard it was a good school. Most of my life i have went to schools that have been a majority african american and i am myself black. I felt it could be a good experience to put myself somewhere where it is diverse. Do you think this is a good choice or do you guys recommend somwhere else?
Montclair is a pretty good school with an impressive reputation. The neighborhood you’ll be in has quite an ethnically diverse community. The people in Montclair tend to be pro-active politically and socially so you’ll meet a wide variety of socio-political beliefs as well.
