Music played in the background of any establishment is controlled by ASCAP and BMI, among other organizations. You must pay for a license to use it on your premises, even if it is remixed and/or you aren’t selling the music.

What are the resources you need to open a gym? HELP?
So basically, you need a long list all possible resources you may think you need a fitness center. So far, I have this: dumbbells, disks, dumbbells, machines, yoga mats, exercise balls, banks and tables (for people to sit and rest), showers, beverages (soft energy and protein drinks), food (protein bars), toilets, changing rooms, and last but not least, some scales. Can you think something else? Thank you for your help. Greatly appreciated.
